In 2015, Six Nations of the Grand River Development Corporation (SNGRDC) and Aecon Group Inc. formed a joint venture agreement to perform a broad range of utility-related work (gas, fibre, forestry, hydro). In the last few years, the partnership has evolved into an industry-leading example of corporate Canada and First Nations partnership.

(49% equity owner in A6N), a Canadian leader in construction and infrastructure development and one of the most respected companies in the industry. Together A6N is uniquely aligned to meet diverse utilities needs across the Province of Ontario, as well as in areas of historical importance to Six Nations.
